Partridge & Wilson represent both employers and employees at disciplinary proceedings and employment tribunals.  We can also advise both as to the terms of a particular employment contract;  whether they have been breached or the remedies available prior to assisting one party as to a registered settlement with or without ACAS's involvement.

Funding of your cases

If appropriate, clients may qualify for free advice and assistance under the Legal Service Commission's Public Funding Scheme.

Further, after the event, legal expense insurance policies may be available to assist clients to pay both their own and the opponents costs and we can also provide details of insurers.

You may find that you have already got legal expense insurance to pay our costs through your existing insurance policies (motor / household / life cover) or by virtue of being a member of a trade union or association.  You should always check this prior to arranging to see a solicitor.
