PETER HERRIOTT LL.B TEP

Born in 1954, Peter was educated at Highgate School, obtained an LL.B law degree form Bristol University in 1976 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1981.  

Peter has lived and worked in Suffolk since moving to the area from North London in 1988.  Peter is married and has a daughter.

Since qualifying in 1981, Peter has specialised in the field of probate, including the preparation of wills and trusts, financial planning, estate and trust administration and the Court of Protection.

Peter joined the Law Society's Probate Section on its formation in 1997 and is also a long standing member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).  Both of these organisations provide him with valuable opportunities to communicate and share information with other professionals working in this field.
